Prices are what each provider advertises on its own site, checked on the date shown. Your price can differ by dose, plan length, state and promotions, so confirm it at checkout. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. A licensed clinician decides whether any GLP-1 is right for you. “Not confirmed” means the provider does not publish a state list.

Not in the table (we can’t compare a price they don’t publish):

  • HumeCare+: Starts at $199/mo on a 3-month plan, per HumeCare; the medication is not named publicly · Visit HumeCare+
  • BreezeMeds: "Starting at $199"; the medication and billing period are not named · Visit BreezeMeds

GLP-1 Prices at a Glance

The ranges behind the table, in plain numbers.
  • Compounded semaglutide starts at $49 a month, but that is Wellmedr’s limited-time sale with no stated plan length. Most 12-month plans cost $99 to $169 a month. If you’d rather pay month to month, expect $99 (Eden, or AgelessRx’s microdose plan) up to $299 (Willow).
  • Compounded tirzepatide starts at $89 a month, again a Wellmedr sale price. Month to month, it runs from $129 at Eden to $399 at DirectMeds and Willow.
  • The Wegovy pill and Foundayo cost from $149 a month at the lowest dose through the manufacturers’ own self-pay programs. A telehealth provider adds its fee on top: $59 to $99 a month at Sesame, $125 at SHED.
  • Zepbound vials start at $299 a month self-pay, and new Wegovy patients pay $199 for their first two fills. Add the provider’s fee. Providers that bundle the drug into one price charge about $1,069 to $1,794 a month.

Three things move GLP-1 prices more than the provider’s name does: how many months you prepay, your dose, and whether the quoted price is a first-month promotion.

What You Pay For

Why GLP-1 Prices Differ Between Providers

Two providers can sell the same compounded semaglutide and still be $150 a month apart.

Most of that gap comes from what the price covers and how you pay. The medication itself is a smaller part of it.

  • Some prices include the medication, clinician visits, supplies and shipping. Others add a membership, a visit fee or a lab test.
  • The lowest prices usually need a 6- or 12-month plan paid upfront. Month-to-month plans cost more, but you can stop without losing money.
  • Many compounded plans charge the same at every dose. Brand-name prices often go up as your dose does, so the starting price isn’t what you’ll pay later.
  • First-month deals and short sales make a provider look cheaper than it is over a year. We show those separately.
  • Some providers can’t prescribe or ship to every state, so the cheapest option overall may not be open to you.
Step by Step

How to Compare GLP-1 Prices Yourself

A short checklist before you pay for anything.
  1. Choose the medication first. Compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide and brand-name drugs are priced differently, so compare like with like.
  2. Set your state in the table so you only see providers that can treat you.
  3. Look at the month-to-month price as well as the lowest advertised one, and add up the plan length you’d actually sign up for.
  4. Check what happens at higher doses and after any first-month deal ends.
  5. Read the refund and cancellation terms before paying for several months at once.
  6. Confirm the total at checkout. The date in each row tells you how fresh our number is.

The table shows cash prices, because that’s what most telehealth providers publish.
Our Methodology

How We Compare GLP-1 Prices

The same checks for every provider. Providers can’t pay for a better spot.

Prices

We read each provider’s own pricing pages and write down the lowest monthly price it publishes, the plan behind it and the date. We don’t use prices from ads or coupon sites.
glp 1 state

States

State availability comes from each provider’s site and, where they’re stricter, its affiliate program rules. If a provider doesn’t publish a state list, the table says “Not confirmed.”

Promotions

First-month deals and limited-time sales are labeled as such. A first-month price never puts a provider at the top of the table.

Order

Each table is sorted by the lowest advertised monthly price. Commissions don’t change the order. Providers that only show prices after an assessment are listed under the table.
